Weekend Backpack for Minerva Schools
In 2016 True North Church partnered with the Minerva Schools to launch a program that supplies food for children on the weekends, when they cannot get their meals at school. In three years, it has grown from 75 students to 336 students each receiving two breakfasts, two lunches and two snacks, each Friday. What started out as a dream has become a reality that is fully funded by the community of Minerva through area churches, businesses and individuals.
Monthly Food Giveaway
Every third Tuesday of the Month, True North Church AG gives away food at the Community Building at 6:00pm.
There is also emergency food giveaways on a as-needed basis. Call the church at 330-868-3809 for assistance.
The ROYAL'S CLUB
Every person has immeasurable value and True North Church strives to show that value to all. Royal's Club is a ministry to single moms and their children. On the fourth Tuesday night of the Month, at 6:30 pm, women can come share a meal together, learn from God's Word, talk about what's going on in their lives, be pampered and go on a free shopping spree for necessary household items for their kids and themselves.
